COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)- Governor Nikki Haley is set to hold a news conference Tuesday to talk about the South Carolina State Budget. Lawmakers have struggled this session to pass a budget on terms that both the House and Senate agree on. Among the most controversial topics, the passing of a state infrastructure funding which would provide money to fix state roads and bridges.
