Investigation continues in 1-26 multi car tanker Crash

COLUMBIA, SC ( WOLO ) –South Carolina Highway Patrol continues its investigation into the tanker crash and fire at 1-26 West Bound near MM 104 and 106. Officials say 10 vehicles were involved. There are no reports of fatalities. The incident happened between the Piney Grove road and St. Andrews road area on 1-26. Around 6AM all lanes of traffic were blocked as crews battled a fire from the scene Crews worked Wednesday afternoon to clear the scene. All East bound lanes reopened shortly after 4pm.
