COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–Bi-Partisan Group to Speak out on Wastewater Treatment Permit. SC GOP Party Chair Matt Moore, and SC Democratic Party Chair Jaime Harrison will join members from both Republican and Democratic parties and the Lexington and Richland County legislative and local delegations for a press conference themed, “Both Sides of the Aisle, Both Sides of the River.” The group will discuss the recent hearings by DHEC on whether a stricter permit will be given to a WasteWater Treatment plant that wants to operate in the counties.
