Supreme Court hands down license suspension for Columbia Lawyer

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The SC Supreme Court has placed an interim suspension on the law license of a South Carolina Attorney, Todd Kincannon. Kincannon is a former director at the SC Republican party. The suspension is posted to court documents from the South Carolina Supreme Court. According to the documents, posted on-line, the suspension was issued Friday. The documents also state another attorney will take over Kincannon’s client files. No word on the reason behind the suspension. Back in April, Kincannon faced charges in Lexington county. According to investigators on March 26th Kincannon was involved in an altercation in his car with his wife.
