Funeral for Fallen Officer Saturday

COLUMBIA, SC ( WOLO ) – – Fallen Forest Acres police officer Greg Alia was laid to rest Saturday at St. Josephs. Amid cloudy skies and rain, an outpouring of support. Hundreds of officers walked Devine Street to honor the 32 year old. Alia is survived by his wife and young son. Alia was shot and killed Wednesday while responding to a call of a suspicious person near Richland Mall.
