A bill intended to make it easier for the public to obtain police dash cam video has been postponed in the senate

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)_A bill intended to make it easier for the public to obtain police dash cam video has been postponed in the senate.
It would require a law enforcement agency to get a judge’s blessing before it can deny a public records request.  If a judge agrees the video should not be released, the public could sue.
