COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Wide receiver Shaq Davidson came to Carolina football as a four-star prospect after winning a state championship at Gaffney and being named a high school All-American. Wednesday he left USC football without ever playing an official snap.
Davidson battled knee injuries in two seasons as a Gamecock.
USC signed four wide receivers in this year’s recruiting class.
Davis joins safety Chris Moody on the early list of players transferring out of the Carolina football program.
