2 Teens Accused of Robbing Man of Cell Phone at Gunpoint
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Two teenagers were arrested Wednesday night after they robbed a man in the 6300 hundred block of Fairfield Road at gunpoint.
Authorities say 18-year-old Diamante Watts and a 14-year-old male accomplice road up behind the 23-year-old victim as he walked along Fairfield Road and demanded his cell phone.
The pair fled on their bikes and were later arrested by Columbia police.
Both suspects are charged with armed robbery and unlawful carry of firearm.
