WATCH: Bond Set at 500K for Restaurant Owner in Valentine’s Day Murder
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — A judge set bond at $500,000 for a man accused of killing his wife’s lover. On Friday, 49-year-old Gregorio Leon appeared at the Lexington county courthouse for a hearing on charges of murder and attempted murder.

According to the conditions of the release, Leon must surrender his passport and stay away from his wife. Leon must live with his parents, wear an electronic monitoring device, cannot have any type of deadly weapon and must adhere to a curfew.
Leon faces 30 years – life without parole if convicted.
