Heart Fair Set for Columbia Convention Center

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–  Getting your heart ready for good health.

The Lexington Medical Center will host a free Heart Fair at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.  The event will take place Sunday, February 28 from Noon to 4pm.

According to event organizers , you can find out how to reduce your risk of developing cardiovascular disease by participating in free activities such as healthy cooking demonstrations, blood pressure screenings and exercise sessions.

American Heart Month is in February, it encourages everyone to take time for their heart health.
