Former Camden Officer Accused of Watching Porn, Touching Himself in Public
KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — A former police officer is finding himself on the other side of the law after being charged with misconduct in office.
41-year-old Marshall Hardin, II allegedly watched adult pornography on his personal cell phone while rubbing his gentials on December 13 at Woodpark in Camden, officials say.
Hardin, a former officer with the Camden Police Department, then exited his park patrol car to go to a nearby restroom to finish masturbating, authorities say.
He is chared with miscondcut in office, malfeasance, misfeasance or nonfeasance.
Hardin faces up to 10 years in prison; he is being held at the Kershaw County Detention Center.
