COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — A parent monitoring their child’s Facebook account may have saved a teacher’s life.
Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews says the parent came across a comment from Cameron Oreglia where he threatened to kill a teacher at Lugoff-Elgin High School.
In a statement Matthews says, “in today’s climate where school shootings have become far too common, law enforcement can take no chances when a threat of this type is made.
