Penny Program: Shop Road Project Open House

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–Richland County residents get another chance to have a say in the Penny Program and its’ projects

Richland County will hold a Penny Program Public meeting to talk about the Shop road Widening project.

The Open house will take place Thursday, March 10 from 5pm to 7pm at the Olympia Learning Center, 621 Bluff Rd. Columbia, SC 29201.
