(ABC News) — Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas asked questions today during oral arguments in the case Voisine v. United States.

Today marks the first time Thomas has asked questions since Feb. 22, 2006.

Voisine v. United States involves whether convictions for reckless misdemeanor domestic violence assault can prevent firearm ownership.
