Vote 2016: Voters head to polls for Runoffs
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– It’s Runoff Election Day in South Carolina. Polls are open from 7am-7pm.
Voter turnout is expected to be low, just two weeks ago on Election Day officials said only about 14 percent of registered voters cast their ballot.
In Richland County, the race for the Richland County Council District 10 seat is in a runoff.
In Lexington County a number of races are in a runoff, Register of Deeds, Clerk of Court and Two County Council seats.
