The Herald of Rock Hill reports that Mayor Doug Echols is scheduled to meet with Concerned Black Men of the city of Rock Hill Tuesday afternoon.
Brad Rawlinson, a Rock Hill lawyer and organizer of the group, says the group wants to discuss concerns including the use of unmarked vehicles with no dashboard cameras, use of force complaints, officer interaction with the public in predominantly black neighborhoods and other topics.
Rock Hill police spokesman Mark Bollinger says Police Chief Chris Watts has also reviewed the letter of demands and will directly contact the group at a later date.
