Richland Library Summer Book Sale

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Looking for some Summer Reads?
The Richland Library Friends’ Summer Book Sale takes place Saturday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Prices for paperbacks will start at $1 and $2 for hardbacks. More than 30,000 books, CDs, even DVDs will be available for sale.
The sale is at the Richland Library Operations Center (130 Lancewood Road).

According to the Library,Richland Library Friends host four books sales a year – winter, spring, summer and fall – as well as some specialty or half-priced sales. Combined, these events raise about $75,000 a year to support the library, and that money goes directly back to local residents.
