Chester Mom Who Put Baby In Refrigerator Charged With Homicide, Deputies Say

CHESTER, S.C. (WCCB) — Officials have charged a Chester County mom with Homicide by Child Abuse after she put her baby in a refrigerator for several hours.

Investigators say back on February 27, 2016 Angela Blackwell put her infant in a refrigerator at her Rose Street home and shut the door. After about three hours Blackwell removed the infant and sought medical help.

Blackwell was charged on Tuesday with Homicide by Child Abuse.
