Police: Suspects Stole Victim’s Identity, Uses It to Order Debit Card
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – An investigation is underway after two suspects allegedly stole a victim’s identity and used it to order a debit card.
Authorities with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department say that on Wednesday, July 27, the suspects withdrew a total of $1,600 from two Bank of America ATM’s located on Two Notch Road.
It is unknown when or where the victim’s account information was compromised, police say.
