Big Weekend of Events and Festivals in Columbia

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The South Carolina State Museum brought together family heirlooms for a weekend Museum Roadshow.

The Roadshow featured appraisers who were looking at family valuables, antiques to help Midlands residents understand if their is history and value attached to their belongings.

And from the Roads to the water, a Celebration of Summer in the Water was held Saturday at Riverfront Park.

Midlands visitors got a chance to Kayak and Paddle Board. There was also educational information on hand helping people learn how to keep our River and Streams clean.

And the Latin Festival hit Main Street for a bit of cultural flair and fun, featuring music, food, arts and crafts.
