So the Red Cross will hold an eight-hour boot camp Wednesday at the organization’s office in North Charleston.
Training will involve interactive case studies and classroom instruction. Participants will also learn how to assist individuals, families and communities in preparing for and recovering from a catastrophe. Part of the training includes dealing with the emotional side of a disaster.
