SLED: Former Springfield Mayor Charged with Grand Larceny After Failing to Pay Water Bill
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – The former mayor of Springfield is facing grand larceny charges after allegedly failing to pay her water bill.
Authorities with SLED say Marilyn Owens McCormick could face a fine or up to five years in prison.
McCormick,50, was booked at the Orangeburg-Calhoun Regional Detention Center.
