Person of Interest Sought in Lawn Mower, Golf Cart Theft



ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO) – An orange SCAG-brand zero-turn mower and a Club Car golf cart with SS mag wheels were stolen on Aug. 29 and investigators with the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office are looking for a 33-year-old man who may have answers in the case.

They say Duley is only a person of interest in the case.

The owner allegedly told police he left the lawn vehicles, worth $5,000, in the care of Duley for use in maintaining a residential area.

Authorities recently announced that the equipment has been recovered, but are still seeking Duley for questioning.

Duley is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs around 215 pounds.
