Man Sought by RCSD for Alleged Theft of TV, Sound System

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) – Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department are looking for a 41-year-old man accused of stealing electronic equipment valued at $1,500.
Arthur Garrett is wanted for shoplifting after stealing a flat screen television and sound system from the HH Gregg located at 230 Forum Drive on September 5.
Authorities say surveillance video helped investigators identify Garrett as the suspect.
