City of Columbia Urges Drivers to avoid Flood Prone Streets During Severe Weather

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–Ahead of Hurricane Mathew City of Columbia officials are reminding drivers to take care around certain intersections that tend to flood during severe weather.
