Governor Haley: ‘We really need you to Evacuate’

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — In an address to the State of South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley said “We really need you to evacuate.”/

The Governor updating the path of Hurricane Mathew from the State Emergency Operations Center, saying “Now is the time for South Carolina to pray” Haley says the Hurricane is a storm that should be taken seriously.

Governor Nikki Haley ordered an evacuation of additional coastal areas in Jasper and Colleton, South Carolina.  

 Residents and visitors in Zone B of Jasper and Colleton Counties should evacuate.

This evacuation is in addition to the previous evacuation for the areas of Jasper and Colleton Counties in Zone A, which went into effect yesterday, October 5.
