Governor Haley Updates Recovery Efforts from Hurricane Mathew

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– (AP) –South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley updated the public on recovery efforts from Hurricane Matthew Thursday.

Haley and South Carolina State Officials addressed the state at a 3pm Press Conference from the State House.

A fourth death has been attributed to Hurricane Matthew in South Carolina. Gov. Nikki Haley said during a Statehouse news conference Thursday that a person died in Dillon County earlier this week while trying to move a wire in an area that contained water.
