State Party Leaders to Discuss Presidential Race at University of South Carolina Event

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) – The leaders of the South Carolina Republican and Democratic parties are discussing the impact the 2016 presidential race may have on politics in the state.

Jaime Harrison of the state Democratic Party and Matt Moore of the state GOP are talking Thursday at the University of South Carolina School of Law from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public.
