SUMTER, S.C. (WOLO)–  Vice President Joe Biden is in South Carolina today encouraging you to ‘Get Out The Vote’ as he hits the campaign trail.

Biden is set to speak at Morris College Tuesday morning along with Congressman Jim Clyburn and various other elected officials, candidates and party leaders.
