Slager Trial Continues

Charleston, S.C. (WOLO) – We are going into the second day of the trial against Former North Charleston police officer Michael Slager .

Slager is the man accused of shooting and killing Walter Scott as he ran away from him during a traffic stop back in April of last year. A portion of the incident caught on cell phone video.

Some of Scott’s Fiance and son took the stand  in his defense yesterday. The attorney speaking out about publicized concerns over the chosen jury, saying “We are not concerned.”
