COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– If you’re travelling for Thanksgiving, you will not be alone. According to Triple A nearly 50 million Americans will hit the roads and the skies, the biggest rush in years.

This week if you’ve got plans to leave early, keep in mind, Triple A says the busiest travel day on the roadways will be Wednesday.

The Sunday after Thanksgiving is the busiest return travel day.
