No Decision in Roof Competency Hearing

Charleston, SC (WOLO)–No decision Monday in a competency hearing for suspected Charleston Church shooter Dylann Roof.

A judge is hearing testimony on whether Roof is competent to stand trial.

Last week, U.S. District Judge Richard Gergel ruled that Monday’s hearing would be closed.

The hearing will continue Tuesday.
