Clemson Keeps ACC Throne, Wins Second-Straight Conference Crown

Facing adversity all game long and needing to stop the driving opposition late in the 4th quarter, Tigers players and coaches said the ACC Championship had a similar feel to many of Clemson’s games in the 2016 season. It also shared a similar outcome to most, as Dabo Swinney’s squad has officially gone back-to-back in the Atlantic Coast Conference, holding off Virginia Tech 42-35 Saturday night in Orlando. It is the first time a Tigers team has won consecutive league titles in 28 years.
