Golden Globes 2017: The Complete List of Nominations
The nominations for the 74th annual Golden Globe Awards were announced this morning.
Three-time Golden Globe Award winner Laura Dern, two-time winner Don Cheadle, and nominee Anna Kendrick revealed this year’s nominees from inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California.
“La La Land” leads in film nominations with seven, followed by indie film “Moonlight with six.
On the television side, it should come as no surprise that hit FX series “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story” earned the most nods with five. Right behind that is “The Night Manager” with four.
It comes as no surprise that Hollywood veteran Meryl Streep is taking home a Golden Globe this year. Previously, it was announced that the eight-time Golden Globe Award winner is set to receive the 2017 Cecil B. DeMille Award.
The actress joins previous winners of the prestigious award, including Walt Disney, Judy Garland, Kirk Douglas, Lucille Ball and last year’s recipient, Denzel Washington.
Jimmy Fallon will host the awards ceremony to be broadcast live at 8 p.m. ET on Jan. 8.
