Dylann Roof Update: Sentencing Phase Set for Jan. 3

CHARLESTON, SC (WOLO)– The Dylann Roof Penalty Phase is set to start January 3, 2017.

Roof was found guilty Thursday on all 33 Federal counts in the murders of nine black church members at Emanuel AME.
