ABC NEWS– Berlin, Germany–The terrorist group ISIS has claimed responsibility for the Christmas Market attack, according to the SITE Intel Group, which provides extremist monitoring services to governments, corporations and individuals, according to its website.

Cities across the U.S. are heightening security after a series of deadly incidents abroad, including the attack in Berlin, where a truck plowed into a crowd at the busy market.
