Singer George Michael Dies at 53

ABC News , AP– English singer, songwriter George Michael, who rose to fame as a member of 1980s duo Wham!, has died “peacefully at home over the Christmas period”, according to his publicist.

Michael’s publicist also asked that the family’s privacy be “respected at this difficult and emotional time.”
