Dylann Roof Competency Hearing

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) WOLO)–— A second competency hearing Monday will bring us one step closer to knowing the fate of Dylann Roof but like much of this trial, there’s nothing routine about the hearing.

The Sentencing Phase of the trial is scheduled to begin Wednesday.

Jurors will decide Life in Prison without parole or the death penalty .
