Fiat Chrysler plans to create some two-thousand new jobs in Ohio and Michigan.
The company said Sunday, that the new jobs would be added in its existing plants located in Warren and Toledo.
That’s where the production of future Jeep Wagooner S-U-V’s and Jeep pickup trucks will get underway.
Fiat Chrysler says the new jobs will be in place by the year 2020.
President-elect Donald Trump has been turning up the pressure on automakers to keep jobs in the United States, but Fiat Chrysler’s decision is part of an expansion plan that was announced last year.
