Court of Appeals to Revisit Travel Ban

Washington, DC (WOLO) — President Donald Trump is hoping a Federal Appeals Court will approve his revised travel ban targeting six majority – Muslim Countries.

Attorneys for the Justice Department are expected to defend the President’s immigration executive order when it goes before the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals Monday.

This is the first time an appeals court will hear arguments on the revised travel ban that was issued back in March.
