Police say Madison argued and fought with another man around 3:00 a.m. at the Woodland Terrace Apartments located at 320 S. Beltline Boulevard.
During the fight, police say Madison is accused of shooting the 58-year-old male victim in the upper body.
At last check, the victim was in stable condition at a local hospital, say police.
