Richland County Sheriff’s Dept. Helps Battle Cancer

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– In the fight against cancer… the Richland County Sheriff’s Department is putting it’s money where it’s mouth is.

Thursday afternoon Sheriff Leon Lott and cancer survivor Deputy Frieda Wyatt presented a check for 65 hundred dollars to South Carolina Oncology Associates.

Deputy Wyatt says she wants to make sure those battling cancer in the midlands are not alone.
