While we are still monitoring the potential impact of Hurricane Irma on South Carolina, officials say it never hurts to plan and prep.

Here’s a look at the items you should include while putting together an Emergency Hurricane Kit, according to SC EMD.

Non-perishable food
for at least 3 days

Bottled water (2 gallons
