City of Cayce Releases Safety Plan, Closings for Irma

 COLUMBIA,  SC (WOLO)–Cayce City officials release Safety plan for Hurricane Irma.

According to city leaders, City parks and trails will close onSunday, September 10th at 3 PM and will remain closed through Monday.

o              Monday’s trash collection is canceled and will be picked up on Wednesday. As of now, Tuesday trash collection remains on schedule.

o              Please secure trash cans, recycle bins and any other items that could become projectile during the storm.

o              Please heed all barricades and cones before and during the storm. Do not attempt to drive through standing water.

o              Lexington District Two and East Point Academy are closed on Monday.

o              Cayce Municipal Court is closed on Tuesday.
