COLUMBIA SC (WOLO)–The South Carolina State Fair’s Nancy Smith joined Tyler Ryan on Good Morning Columbia to share the scholarships and other programs that the fair supports each year.  According to Smith, the fair has provided over $3 million in programming dollars which are raised through the fairs operation.
