Celebrating 40 years of home cooking with new coffee
Lizard's Thicket is celebrating 40 years of local home cooking with a local coffee
In 1977, the Williams’ decided they wanted to open a small restaurant, serving time honored family recipes. After some name options were tossed around, Lizard’s Thicket was born. Fast forward 40 years, and the mom and pop restaurant has grown to locations all over the Midlands and beyond, employing over 700 people. The Williams’ granddaughter, Sara Krisnow, joined Tyler Ryan and Grace Joyal to talk about the celebration and introduce a new locally sourced coffee.
