Get ready to strut your appetite at this weekend’s ‘Irmo Okra Strut’. This big festival is full of bands, rides, and of course, the annual Okra Strut parade. The events start at 6:00p.m. tonight at the Irmo Community Park. The parade kicks off at 9:00a.m. Saturday morning and the festivities will begin at 10:00a.m.

The festivities just keep heating up. Camden and Kershaw county are hosting ‘Fire-Fest’ for fire prevention month. ‘Fire-Fest’ will be at Camden’s City Arena on Broad Street Saturday at 9:00a.m. The festival will kick off with a parade of fire trucks followed by food, competitions, music, and much more family fun throughout the day.

If you’re looking for a little artistic inspiration in your life, look no further than Rosewood. The 7th annual ‘Rosewood Art and Music Festival’ is Saturday from 10:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. at Rockaways on Rosewood Drive. You can enjoy multiple stages of live music, visual arts and poetry.
