PETA Protester Poses Nude in Columbia
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)- One animal rights group is willing to bare it all to keep turkey off your table this Thanksgiving.
On Tuesday, members of People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals, otherwise known as PETA, held a nude protest at the corner of Harden and Devine streets. They say all animals are the same and none should meet a violent end to become someone’s meal.
According to the National Turkey Federation, 46 million turkeys are eaten in America each Thanksgiving.
