Suspected Kidnapper Heads to Charleston for Arraignment

Charleston, SC (WOLO) — The man accused of kidnapping a four year old Charleston girl was in Federal court Friday afternoon.

Thomas Evans appeared at a hearing in Jackson Mississippi where he was located with 4 year old Heidi Todd.
a spokesperson for the South Carolina US Attorney’s Office says Evans is now on his way back to
Charleston for his arraignment.
