Valentine’s Day Win

Elgin, SC (WOLO) — An Elgin man scored big on Valentine’s Day.

A spokesperson for the lottery commission says an Elgin man stopped by the Food Lion for flowers and a card and also bought a Palmetto Cash Five Lottery ticket.

That ticket ended up winning him 200 thousand dollars.
